WE REQUIRE A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY OVER HOLIDAY’s AND WAR EAGLE WEEKEND.

50% of your total is due at time of booking and the balance is due when you check in. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards and cash, but we do not accept checks at time of arrival. Online reservations are made through PayPal and you may choose whatever payment process you would like through PayPal.

Please note the following: All cabins at Red Bud Valley Resort are non-smoking. We have supplied outdoor seating and ashtrays for guests who smoke. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Red Bud Valley has only one cabin in which pets are allowed. No pets allowed unless reserving the pet friendly cabin.

Due to our insurance policy we are not allowed to burn candles in our cabins. We appreciate your understanding.

Please do not host parties in the cabins; they are designed for the guests only please.

Check in time is 3:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 booking fee on cancellations made at least 14 days or more prior to scheduled arrival date.

There are no refunds for early departures.
On cabin reservations, deposit will not be refunded if cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

On wedding date reservations, please note there is a different cancellation policy, and it will be provided to you in your Wedding Information packet. More than anything else, we want you to enjoy your stay at Red Bud Valley Resort and make many wonderful memories.

General Information – We are so glad you have chosen Red Bud Valley Resort for your time in Eureka Springs!                                                              The following information is to familiarize you with our resort and help ensure a wonderful experience while you are here:

Cabin Information:

Charcoal grills are available in every unit, however you need to bring charcoal and starter and paper towels if you wish to grill during your stay.

Red Bud Valley staff will not enter your cabin while you are here, and it is meant to assure your privacy and security while you are with us. If you wish to arrange a touch up during your stay, contact front desk for a fee of $10.00 per day.

Fresh towels are supplied daily. To receive your supply, simply hang all dirty towels, washcloths, and kitchen linens over the railing in plain sight by noon each day. The staff will deliver clean replacements to the swings on your front porch. If you are staying four or more nights, we will be happy to change the bed linens for you at no additional charge. Please contact the front desk to arrange a convenient time.

Red Bud Valley has purchased designer comforters, quilts, towels and sheets. Please take care not to spill on them, or use them for anything other than what they are intended. Items permanently damaged will be charged to the credit card number on file and the items mailed to you for your own personal use. Please do not remove the sheets, pillows, comforters, quilts or blankets from the cabins! If you like to be outdoors with a blanket, please bring something appropriate with you. In our family cabins, there is occasionally a guest who needs a mattress protector. We have these on hand. Please ask for one if needed during your stay.

Family groups sometimes rent multiple cabins and share meals together. Please take all pots, pans and serving pieces back to the cabin of origin. This helps ensure a great stay for the next family!We supply coffee, filters, tea, sugar, creamer, salt and pepper and dish soap as well as bath soap and toilet paper in our cabins. Please use whatever you need, and leave the rest behind for the next guests. This simple step helps keep costs down for everyone! Please pay any balance due on arrival at the front desk in the main office. We do not refund any money for early departure, regardless of the reason.

The lake is stocked with bass, catfish and crappie, but is strictly recreational catch and release fishing. You need to bring your own fishing poles if you want to take advantage of this great pastime. No license is required.The canoe is for the use of all of our guests. No permission is needed to use this equipment, but we do ask you to take ordinary care with life jackets and to supervise children at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty.There are hiking trails all over the property and we supply protective bug spray for you on the front porch of the main office. Be especially observant while walking in nature. We do see an occasional snake on our trails.

FIREPLACE GENERAL INFORMATION ~ Fireplaces are open for use in cabins from October 1 until April 15. One bundle of wood for cabins with wood burning fireplaces and one Duralog for cabins with fireplaces that burn Duralogs each day of your stay for an evening fire. A fire starter and kindling is also provided.Extra bundles of wood are available for $5.00 each. Please notify the office before 4 PM if you would like extra bundles. Duralogs can be purchased in town, or bring extras with you. Never use combustibles such as gas, lamp oil, or charcoal lighter fluid in the fireplaces. Also, please don’t burn trash or any paper in the fireplaces as this can cause a dangerous flue fire. Before starting the fire, always check the flue to ensure it is open. After the fire has been started, replace the screen in front of the fireplace to prevent sparks popping out and burning spots in the carpet or starting a fire. Never leave a lit fireplace unattended.
